Jesus had just shown Peter, James, and John something incredible: His Transfiguration on the mountain. His face shone like the sun. Moses and Elijah appeared. God's voice rang out. It was the most extraordinary moment of these disciples' lives.
And they came down the mountain. Straight into despair. A father with a very sick son was waiting. The other disciples had already tried to help — and couldn't. Jesus walked into that situation without hesitation. With a single word — the boy was healed.
💡 Coming off the mountain of glory straight into a valley of pain — that's real life. Jesus didn't avoid it. He walked right into it.
