Who Is the Holy Spirit?
The Holy Spirit is NOT a force, a feeling, or an energy — He is a real Person, equal with God the Father and Jesus the Son. He has always existed, and He lives inside every believer today.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

He thinks and knows everything — even the deep things of God. He searches all things and prays according to God's perfect will.

He can be grieved (made sad) by sin, and He loves with the love of God. He is not a machine — He is a Person who cares deeply.

He decides who gets which gifts — "apportioning to each one individually as he wills." He makes real choices with real purpose.
